Machines
We offer a 30-day refund on the iC3, Dr. Dish Rebel+, All-Star+, CT, and CT+ models. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a restocking fee, which varies based on the model you purchased. Please keep your original packaging; an additional fee may apply for replacement materials.
The Dr. Dish Home Machine can be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be repackaged in its original packaging. Any return will be charged $600 to cover return shipping and restocking fees.
Accessories
Accessories can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receipt. As with machines, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Graphics
Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom graphics are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
