      How do I change my Membership term length?

      If you are a month to month Member and want to upgrade to an 18-month or Lifetime Member, please follow the instructions below.

      To make a change to your Monthly Membership and upgrade to a longer term length to save money, follow the steps below. 

      1. Ensure your existing Membership is canceled.
        1. Log into the Member Portal
        2. Go to "Memberships"
        3. Scroll down and you will see the option to pause or cancel your membership under Payment Methods. Pausing your membership will place it on hold until you’re ready to come back into the Member Portal and reactivate it.

      2. Purchase a New Membership, by clicking one of the links below:

        1. 18 Month option
        2. Lifetime option

      3. Add your Members (up to 5)
        Because this is a new membership, you will need to re-add the users you would like to grant Member access. 

      Please note that to ensure your statistics transfer seamlessly from your previously canceled Membership to your new Membership, it is essential to register using the same email address and phone number associated with your former Membership.
