My machine isn't counting shots correctly

Try these troubleshooting steps if your machine isn't counting shots properly

If your machine isn't counting shots, the first thing we want to check is all of the shot counter connection points. It's possible that usage over time has caused these connection points to become loose or disconnected.
There are two things to verify and your machine isn't counting still there is a test to do with some information to submit a ticket to the Support+ Team!
  1. Ensure your hoops net is not resting on the paddle assembly.

  2. Check to ensure the P3 connection on the top of the power board is securely seated in it's port. You can see the connection points from the top of the machines launch chamber. Sometimes it's helpful to disconnect and reconnect the P3 connection. Depress the small tab on the cable end and pull it up, then push it back down and you will hear a click as it locks into place.

  3. If your Dr. Dish is still not counting shots correctly the next step is to test the shot counter cables. Watch the below video to test the paddle assembly and the other cables that make up the counting system.
