Troubleshooting steps if you are unable to locate and manage Membership
If you have previously activated your Membership and cannot find locate it try the below steps:
- Ensure you are logging in with the same email address that was used when you initially purchased Membership for the first time.
- If you are still unable to locate your Membership you may need to contact Dr. Dish as we recently migrated Memberships to a new system.
- Please fill out a service request form and include the email address and phone number associated with your membership and the type of Membership you would like to activate. (Monthly, 18 Month or Lifetime)
