Re-Writing the Serial Number to the Power Board on your Dr. Dish CT+, AllStar+, Rebel+, and FCLTY

This article will guide you on re-writing the Serial Number of your machine to the power board

Use these steps to enter "Factory Mode" to write the serial number to the Power Board

1. Turn on the tablet and machine
   1. Switch on the back of the machine so the line is depressed
2. Make sure the blue LED on the front of the machine is solid and not blinking or off
   1. If the Front LED is off the machine is not powered.
   2. If the front LED is blinking then it is not connected to Bluetooth
      1. Troubleshoot Bluetooth connections here
3. Select “Settings” on the left side of the screen, then "Advanced Settings"
4. Enter Factory Mode
   1. First PIN: 314159
   2. Second PIN: 271828
5. Click on End of Line Testing
   1. Click on “Setup Machine
   2. Set Calibration
   3. Write Serial number (making sure to use the DFT serial)
6. Now go to Settings → System Status and Click the three dot menu in the top left corner and “Forget Device”
7. Connect to the machine again (Select the + Icon)
   1. When you select the machine from the scan screen, the device name may still be ‘Dr Dish A’. This display name will be updated after you connect to the machine, with the updated serial number, the first time
