Replacing Feed Fork/Arm on Dr. Dish Home, CT+, All-Star+, Rebel+, FCLTY, and CT Models
To replace the feed fork/arm on your Dr. Dish Home, CT+, All-Star+, Rebel+, FCLTY, or CT please follow the below instructions!
- Unplug your machine.
- Remove both shrouds
- Disconnect the spring
- Reference the below image and using a needle nose pliers pull the spring's loop off the tab.
- Once that is disconnected use a 8mm wrench/socket and a 4mm Allen Wrench to remove the "shoulder bolt". Remember the order of the washers, they will need to be installed the same way with the new feeder fork/arm.
- With the new feeder fork/arm sit it in place and reconnect the "shoulder bolt" and it's washers.
- When tightening the shoulder bolt you make sure the feeder fork/arm doesn't wiggle back and forth but also don't tighten the bolt so much that the fork won't rock forward and backward.
- Reconnect the front of the spring to the tab as shown in the picture above.
- If the spring fell off the machine you can see where the back of it connects in the image below.
- Testing the feed function using the integrated tablet, or the Dr. Dish Player App if you have a Dr. Dish Home machine
-
From the home screen select More > Support > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics > Machine Commands
- Feed: Touch “Feed “and it will cycle the feed motor
- Does the feed arm/fork move when you touch feed?
- If not check to make sure the shoulder bolt isn't too tight.
