Dr. Dish Home
- United States
- Curbside Delivery: For those within the contiguous U.S., we offer curbside delivery at $399.
- Porch/Garage Delivery: If you prefer to have your Dr. Dish Home machine delivered directly to the threshold of your porch or garage, the cost is $479. This is a great option for people with long driveways.
- White Glove Service: For those who need their machine moved beyond the doorway or loading dock area, white glove service is available by request. Depending on various factors, this will add an additional $200 to $800 to delivery. This option can be discussed with a Sales Representative.
- Local Deliveries: We offer a discounted flat shipping rate of $250 for deliveries close to our headquarters in Bloomington, MN. This local range is based on the zip code given to your Sales Representative or entered during checkout. This service includes bringing the machine up from the curb.
- Puerto Rico: We offer a flat rate of $1,297 for Door-to-Door delivery. If you prefer Door-to-Port delivery, the cost is typically about $500 less. Note that Puerto Rico enforces an excise tax on your order before delivery, currently set at 4%.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: Shipping costs to these locations can range from $630 to $2,000 depending on your exact location. Please contact us at info@drdishbasketball.com or call 952-873-2633 for a specific estimate.
- International Orders: We do not currently ship Dr. Dish Home machines from our headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota internationally outside of Canada and Puerto Rico. For other locations, please contact us to discuss potential options, which may involve working through a local dealer.
IC3 Shot Trainer
- United States (Lower 48): We offer FREE shipping for the IC3 Shot Trainer within the contiguous United States.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, the shipping cost is $199.
- Canada: For Canadian customers, the shipping fee is $150, which includes Delivered Duty Paid, meaning no taxes will be charged upon delivery.
- International Orders: We do not offer direct international shipping for individual IC3 units outside of Canada and Puerto Rico. However, if you're in a region with authorized dealers, they may be able to assist with your purchase.
Commercial Machines
When you order a Dr. Dish Commercial machine, shipping costs vary based on your location and the number of machines you order. Contact sales for an exact quote. Here's a general overview of how shipping is typically calculated:
- United States: Shipping costs for a single Dr. Dish machine generally range from around $500 to $700, depending on your state. Locations further from our distribution centers may incur higher shipping costs.
- International Orders: For customers outside of the US and Canada, we calculate shipping costs based on your location. If we do not have local dealers in your area with stock on hand, we will request your postal code and provide air and sea shipping quotes to the nearest airport or port. You will need to arrange for a local broker or agent to handle delivery from the port to your final destination, as well as any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or other fees.
- Trade-In Orders: If you’re trading in older machines as part of your purchase, shipping costs are structured differently but are generally in line with the costs for standard orders, depending on the number of machines being shipped. You’ll work with your Sales Representative to make sure your new machine arrives and your old machine is picked up.
