Tracking shipment and scheduling delivery

At Dr. Dish, we know you can’t wait to receive your product after placing your order. We've outlined the typical shipping timeframes, along with some important details about the delivery process.

Order Confirmation and Processing Time

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. This email is your first step in the journey to getting your Dr. Dish machine or IC3. From there, we begin prepping your order for shipment in our facility. Check this email to ensure the shipping address and your contact information is correct. 

  • Dr. Dish Home and Commercial Machines: The processing time for these machines depends on the current number of machines in stock, but we strive to have them shipped out within 3-5 business days after we receive your order.

  • IC3 Shot Trainer: IC3 units purchased directly from our website are shipped the next business day after your order is placed. IC3s are shipped using UPS and you will receive tracking information as soon as your IC3 is on the road to you.

    If you purchase an iC3 from a partner of ours such as Dick's Sporting Goods or Amazon, please reference their documentation for shipping and delivery information.

Shipping

We ship Dr. Dish Home and Dr. Dish Commercial machines using a trusted delivery partner to ensure your machine arrives safely. We use different carriers depending on where each machine is being shipped to. Here's what you can expect:

Tracking Your Shipment

We'll email you tracking information as soon as the carrier provides it. The email will include a link to the carrier's website, where you may need to enter your tracking number. Please note, the estimated delivery date on the carrier’s site is approximate, and the carrier will schedule your delivery. If you can't locate your carrier, you can use a universal tracking site like https://parcelsapp.com to check your shipment's status.

Delivery Coordination

Our delivery partner will contact you to set up a delivery time that works best for you. This is typically done via phone, with email as a backup. Please note that text messaging is not used for these communications. If you do not schedule a delivery time with the carrier, your machine will not be delivered.

Who to Contact

If an appointment has been set up and you have the terminal information, it’s usually best to contact the terminal directly with any questions or concerns. However, some terminals can be difficult to reach, so if you’re having trouble, feel free to email us for assistance. If you're worried about your shipment or need to check its status, follow these steps:

    • Check your email for tracking information and any communications from the delivery partner.
    • Contact your delivery partner directly if you have the terminal information.
    • Email us at info@drdishbasketball.com if you need further help or can’t reach the terminal.
